Mat & Elise established Bellevue Domestics Home Staffing Agency with a mission to match the individual needs of their clients with the expertise of their hand-selected private home staff.
Their journey into the world of home staffing began on Block Island, RI while working in the resort hospitality field. It was their commitment to exceed customer expectations there that led them to eventually become estate managers for an historic private estate in Newport, RI. For more than a decade, they gained endless experience managing fine homes across Newport, RI; Palm Beach, FL, and The Hamptons.
As a boutique home staffing agency, they are able to provide a personalized service that focuses on the unique preferences and needs of each individual client. Our Mission

I'm looking to hire private home staff. How do I go about it?Hiring staff for your home is a personal endeavor; we believe that a phone call should be the first step in the process. Therefore, please fill out the Prospective Client Form on the "Clients" tab, and we will get back to you ASAP.

What is the fee structure for placing a candidate?For Clients: Once you or your representative signs our Staffing Agreement, we will charge an Initial Fee of $500 which will be used to source and vet potential candidates. Once you decide to hire one of our candidates, our placement fee will be ONE month's gross annual salary (less the initial $500 fee). This payment is due on the day that the candidate commences employment.* *Please read the service contract for details.

What if the candidate I hire doesn't work out?We offer a 60-day guarantee for each placement*. Therefore, should the candidate's employment be terminated for any reason within the first 60-days, we will find a replacement candidate for no additional costs. *Please read contract language for detailed clarification.

I'm interested in applying for a position. How should I go about it?We are always looking for experienced applicants. If you have at least two years of verifiable experience in a private home, a clean driving record, and are legally authorized to work in the United States, please send us a recent resume and cover letter to bellevuedomestics.com. I'm looking for a job. Is there a fee for me to use your services?No. Any fees that we collect during the placement process will be paid by the hiring clients, not the candidates.
